Custom Electrical Circuit Fixes
This started when a coworker of mine had his headphones broken due to a mistake he made, so instead of throwing them out I offered to try and fix them. I started by taking them apart to see the internal damages which were that the four wires leading to the right ear speaker had been pulled off the PCB. To fix this, I looked up the headphones make and model and searched for images showing which wire went where on the PCB. I eventually found it, stripped the wires to expose the metal, soldered them back onto the PCB after I determined which one went where. Then as an added fix I superglued the wire sheath to the headphones casing to make sure it would be harder for the wires to be pulled out again.
Other electronic fixes that I have completed include taking apart a Wii console, a Smeg Toaster, and a Beats Pill speaker to clean and realign the internal components, which resulted in all three working again.
