Team Captain - Troitsky Bridge Building Engineering & Design Club

Led a team of 6 to design, analyze, and construct a wooden bridge out of popsicle sticks, dental floss, and craft glue to be tested with a point load with a hydrualic press at Concordia University. I personally tested various types of floss to determine which would deform the least amount and be able to withstand the most. I also determined the best knots to use, and if braiding made any structural improvements to the overall strength of the floss.
